Leadership Structure

Teams & Governance

How MDSK organizes leadership, oversight, administration, county coordination, members, and caregivers to advance rights, dignity, and inclusion.

Built for accountable leadership

MDSK is structured around inclusive governance, accountable management, and grassroots participation. The General Assembly provides the highest decision-making authority, while the National Executive Council gives policy and strategic oversight.

The Secretariat coordinates daily operations, programs, reporting, communication, and administrative support. County Chapters connect national priorities to local needs, while members and caregivers remain central to representation, advocacy, and community inclusion.
